How to Delete Your Jong Game Account


1. Overview


At Jong Game, we respect your privacy and provide you with an easy process to delete your account if you no longer wish to use our services. Please follow the steps below to request account deletion. Once the request is processed, all associated data will be permanently deleted unless required for legal or regulatory purposes.

2. How to Request Account Deletion


To request account deletion, please send an email to account@jonggame.com with the subject line "Request for Account Deletion." Ensure you send the email from the address associated with your Jong Game account.

In your email, include the following details:


  • Your Jong Game username.
  • Your registered email address (if different from the one sending the request).

3. What Happens After You Submit a Request


After we receive your account deletion request, we will:

  • Verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to your registered email address.
  • Once verified, delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
  • Send a final confirmation email notifying you that your account has been deleted.

Note: Some data may be retained if required by law, such as payment records for tax purposes.

4. Important Notes


  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all data, including game progress, purchases, and rewards, will be permanently lost.
  • We recommend using any remaining NKAP currency or claiming rewards before requesting account deletion.
  • If you change your mind, you must contact us within 7 days of submitting the deletion request to cancel the process.
